Hi guys today i have an awesome post for you today i will teach you how to add comment effects to blogger comments when you will add the code and then click add a comment or reply you will see the effect.

Install It Into Blogger

1. Log Into Blogger Dashboard
2. Navigate To Template
3. Click On Add A Gadget
4. Find ]]></b:skin>
5. Above it add the following code
6. Paste the following code there.

7. Save Template
